For the past little while with the price droping more and more each day on the Palm Pilots I have found the need to get one growing. :) While looking into to more why I feel i need one of the devices I found NESem, and Atari Retro. I am sold NOW. It will all have to wait a while until my whole internet is sorted out. One day though.. One day..
Today was a pretty good day at work, I got a lot more done than I do in a normal day. Lets hope that I can keep the pattern of this up.
Still giving thought to upgrading my internet connection.. Well I am more just thinking about the buget cause I know I want it.
While talking online I just got a message from someone that they really liked the new layout, which is nice. I really like this one cause it was made to fit my mood rather than just looking some what nice.
Something odd has happened today… I seem to have no worries on my mind. As far back as I can remeber this has never ever happened. I guess it is a good thing or means I just really dont care at all about anything anymore.. Oh well ride it out and hope it lasts and is for good reasons.
My ski trip went alright, it was a lot more hill than I was ready for, being I had not even hit a local hill in a very long time. Still had a good time and lots of falling was included in that. I think my bindings are a little out of wack cause ever time I would carve on my inside I would get pain in my ankles. It could also just be that I have not done anything physical like that in a while. Needless to say I had had enough before the day was done and ended up spending some time near the fire and found some beer. There is something to be said about sitting all worn out with a beer in a nice warm place.
Today when I got back from doing some laundry I decided i would finally fix my problem of having cables drape from one room to the one next with a nice wall plate hole. I decided for fun to document this with some pictures. The Dremel guide made some marks on the wall where I had to cut so it will need a little touch up with some paint, but in all it turned out pretty nice. I am happy with it cause it means I dont need to run a bunch of cables to the other room around the wall, and also means I dont need to keep the switch in the other room. So now all the drops just come off the switch in the closet.
I was sitting up cause I could not sleep and thought i would put in a movie. So as I am looking through my movies for a good one to watch I came across this one called Cruel Intentions 2. First thing I have to say about it was I was completly rivited to the televison. It completly blew me away, I mean how the hell did they even get from the script to needing to find a cast? This movies sucked more than hooker on the park bench (a scene in the movie). Sure it had a nice shower scene with 2 girls, but that didnt even make up for the crapp’iness this movie put out. It was like it wanted to be a porn but wasnt allowed to have enough nudity for it. They also seemed to want it to have a story line, and mabe even thought it did.. BUT IT DIDNT! I have always liked the movie SubUrbia, which really isnt about anything at all. but in that movie they dont build it up to make you feel like you are watching something. It is just what it is and that is it. So that is what i thought about the movie. Atleast before this one when I got home for work I watched The Shawshank Redemption. That is a good movie, that damn sniper shot part still kicks some real ass.
Uploaded a new layout for the page.. Worked on it last night before I went to sleep so it is not all that grand. I still need to make the comments section fit in with it, but I will do it when I actually fix the code for comments as there is still a few bugs I have been putting off fixing in it.
Had a day at home today and got all the coding and stuff I needed to get done all finished up. I dont know why but I can work at home so much faster than at work, even if no one is talking to me at work. I think the place was designed to keep you none productive or something. But from home I can work in record time, and crank up some good tunes.
