Today when I got back from doing some laundry I decided i would finally fix my problem of having cables drape from one room to the one next with a nice wall plate hole. I decided for fun to document this with some pictures. The Dremel guide made some marks on the wall where I had to cut so it will need a little touch up with some paint, but in all it turned out pretty nice. I am happy with it cause it means I dont need to run a bunch of cables to the other room around the wall, and also means I dont need to keep the other switch in the other room. So now all the drops just come off the switch in the closet.
