Tank Setup Part 4

Took some more updated pictures of the fish tank setup. It seems to be doing pretty good over all. I am starting to get a fair amount of algae on the floor of the tank where there are no plants yet and direct light all the time. I am on the hunt for a very small algae eater that will not eat plants and will stay very small.

Sorry for the blurry pictures, but this old digicam is seeing the end of its days I think…

So where are all the fish?

You have to look close to see them. They are in the pictures but just kinda show up as blurs. The plants are blured and not moving at all so the fish are harder to see.. I will have to try and get a better picture with another camera. That was with my camera resting on the table not being moved at all.

Looking good man. You’ll have to try and get that algae under control as soon as possible… damn alage :) I’d recommend buying some seachem flourish excel and start dosing the tank a little with it. It’s helped me a whole bunch since I started using it a few weeks ago. Also, you can have this toshiba pdr-m5 camera if you want. It’s picture quality isn’t all that great, but it won’t be nearly as blurry as the pictures your getting now. The battery life on it is really crappy, but it’d work fine for snapping a few shots I think.

I will have to give that camera a try next time I see you (The battery life can’t be worse than the DC260).

Will the seachem flourish excel help the algae problem or just help the plants?

I think I can kind of see them in the last picture. Lol
