I will admit though, almost all of the videogame adaptations I've seen sucked, and most of the comic ones as well. But I think Spiderman 1 and 2 were some of the best, but I might be biased because he's my fav comic character of all time. I thought the first 2 x-men were good too, but apparently the new one sucks from what I hear. Punisher wasn't too bad either, but avoid the hulk and daredevil. Those were ridiculously bad.
