Here is another story I found via digg. It is about someone that just got there DS Lite and the dog chewed it up. The person called Nintendo and they actually sold him a repleacment at 1/3 the cost of a new.
Reminds me of when I got my first NES.. I played that thing day in and day out, till finally one day the controller just gave up. Sure I could use the 2nd controller and play fine. In any case my mom ended up phoning Nintendo to see about getting another controller, and they sent it free of charge.
So it is safe to say Nintendo prob has one of the best customer releations.
