Buckethead Rocking Out In Place

I have had buckethead on my playlist now almost exclusively for 2 days (This might not be healthy). I am not sure what brought on this giant buckethead kick, but it has made me want to pick up some more buckethead albums. The man has done a crazy amount of solo work and worked with so many people it would be almost impossible to collect everything he has done.

Right now my top play is the album Crime Slunk Scene and Colma tossed in every few plays. I really suggest you check out the tune Soothsayer on Crime Slunk Scene if you have not heard it. Giant Robot, Monsters and Robots, and Cuckoo Clocks of Hell have also been getting some play.. But they really need me to be in the right mood for them (They can get a little crazy at times).

I think Crime Slunk Scene has taken the number one spot away from Colma for my all time fav buckethead album out of the ones listed above.

Wrong Number Text Messages

Posted in General on January 14th, 2007 by hurt – 1 Comment

Does anyone else feel the need to reply to wrong number text messages?

I always ended up sending a message back.. Today I got one from a number I don’t know saying “Man can you pick me up at ericks right now this is important”. My reply was “i don’t know anyone called erick”. In the past I have had whole conversations with random wrong text messages. Reply back saying something witty and they would txt back, this would only ever last for about 2 to 3 messages either way, but it is something I must always do. When you think about it though I would never call back a wrong number on my answering machine and talk, but if the form of text it makes sense to just write a quick reply.

Video Game Mapping

Sometimes people put so much energy and work into creating something it is just overly impressive (I think Malcom would agree with this).

While stumbling around on the internet this morning I came across some nice maps for The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. The maps are made by Ian Albert and he seems to have a fair amount more than just A Link to the Past. I can’t imagine the time it takes to do this for any game, let alone something as massive a RPG.
