EBGames Online Support

I have been a subscriber to the rss feeds for EBGames New Arrivals and Upcoming Releases for a while now. The issue with these feeds is that they only have a title for the game and repeat this in the content of the rss (They don’t state the platform or anything other than the name of the game). Not being interested in all consoles and all releases this is a great issue for me. I finally broke down and emailed support. With in a day an actually person replied and said the following;

Thank you very much for your comments. We’ve had some resource issues preventing us from keeping descriptions in the feeds, but this should be resolved by the end of the month.

Regarding platforms, that has not been a part of our feed in the past but due to your comment we are looking into it. Absolutely makes sense and if we can accommodate, we will.
