Online I read a ton of stuff about how much people hate EBGames. Most of these complaints all come from people who have tried to sell something or get trade in value. I goto EBGames for most all my gaming stuff (Unless there is a good sale some place else). The idea that EBGames will not give you what you feel the game is worth should be expected. They are like the Car dealers of the video game world.. Ask anyone that has tried to trade in a car at a deal ship if they got the trade in value they where expecting/wanted for the car. If your out to get what you want for it, do a private sale. If you want a quick sale and some cash with no hassle goto EBGames.

Also if you buy more than 2 used games a year you should get the Edge card. It will give you 10% off used games, and 10% bonus trade in value on anything you sell.
